14. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection
All project names, branding, website content, written materials, research concepts, sample structures, analytical frameworks, methodologies, layouts, wording, designs, compilations, taxonomies, project descriptions and related materials are owned by or reserved to Apostolos I. Kaltzidis, except where third-party rights are expressly acknowledged.
“Thalassic Risk Intelligence™” and related branding are used as project identifiers. No permission is granted to use, copy, imitate, register, challenge, reproduce, adapt, commercialise or create confusingly similar names, brands, domains, materials, methods or derivative works.
No recipient acquires any intellectual-property right, ownership interest, licence, commercial right, database right, goodwill, priority, expectancy or entitlement by reviewing materials, providing feedback, discussing the project, corresponding, or retaining project communications.
15. Third-Party References and No Endorsement
Any reference to a company, organisation, authority, regulator, vessel, dataset, certification scheme, public source, industry body, legal concept, market sector or third-party material is for contextual, descriptive, research or discussion purposes only.
Such references do not imply endorsement, approval, affiliation, authorisation, sponsorship, partnership, participation, verification, criticism, allegation or commercial relationship.

Vessel names, ownership structures, flags, operators, beneficial ownership, sanctions exposure, fishing authorisations, labour-risk indicators and supply-chain connections may change over time.
No public-source reference should be treated as verified fact, definitive due diligence, proof of wrongdoing, regulatory advice or a substitute for independent investigation.
17. Automated, Analytical or Experimental Methods
Any analytical method, categorisation, risk-indicator structure, sample output, workflow concept, model, database concept or intelligence format referred to by the project is experimental and exploratory.
No representation is made that any method is technically complete, operational, validated, independently audited, free from bias, suitable for production use, compliant with any specific regulatory standard, or appropriate for any particular organisation.
Any future product, service or incorporated business, if ever developed, may differ materially from the concepts described on this website or in related communications.
18. Privacy, Business-Contact Data and Correspondence

No person has any right, expectation or entitlement to continued access, updates, discussions, feedback opportunities, future services, commercial launch, incorporation, investment participation, employment opportunity, partnership or engagement.
22. Future Incorporation and Project Transfer
Thalassic Risk Intelligence™ and any related project, materials, goodwill, research, correspondence, records, domain names, branding, intellectual property, know-how and project assets may in future be assigned, transferred, licensed, contributed or otherwise made available to an incorporated entity, successor vehicle, affiliate, or project company.

23. External Communications and AttributionNo recipient may state, imply or allow others to infer that they, their organisation, their employer, their client, their team or any associated person has endorsed, approved, participated in, collaborated with, advised, funded, validated, tested, adopted, partnered with or been associated with Thalassic Risk Intelligence™ unless prior written consent has been obtained.
No screenshots, extracts, quotes, summaries, meeting notes, feedback, email content, project materials or references to participation may be published, posted, circulated, used in marketing, used in legal proceedings, used in investment materials, used with third parties, or attributed externally without prior written consent, except where required by law or for confidential legal/professional advice.
24. Recipient Authority
Any person responding to, reviewing or discussing project materials is responsible for ensuring that they have authority to do so and that their participation does not breach any duty, contract, employment obligation, confidentiality obligation, regulatory rule, professional obligation, internal policy or law.
No representation is made that any recipient has authority to bind, represent or speak for their employer, client, organisation or any third party.
25. Conflicts, Sensitivities and Withdrawal
Recipients should not engage with the project if doing so would create a conflict of interest, breach an internal policy, compromise confidentiality, disclose restricted information, or create legal, regulatory, professional, employment or commercial risk.
A recipient may withdraw from voluntary feedback discussions at any time.
